I have a report MyMainReport.RPT which contains a dozen SubReports. The report works for any of my clients on the SQL server which was used for the original configuration of the reports. It does NOT work for clients who's data is housed on a different SQL server. I'm having a hard time figuring out how to override the default server of the subreports. Please Help! Thanks

How is this report being executed?

1) From within an application, such as VB, using the RDC.
2) Running a report that's either distributed, CE, SI or from Crystal Reports directly.

From within an application and the RDC:

There are other articles of interest on CD.

If the report is one of the second scenarios, you'll probably have to open each subreport in the report and change the connectivity, then save and redistribute.

I've heard of utilities to help with this, but I haven't used any of them.
