Has anyone an idea how to make the following customized report?

Same coloums based on standard report "Application Performance" with the following rows:

Application name ?
Month ?
Week ?
Monday
Tuesday
Wednesday
Thursday
Friday
Saturday
Sunday

Week ?
Monday
Tuesday
Wednesday

Sunday

Week ?
