Now, I don't know if I am in the right place, but I was wondering if I could create my own server type thing for a web site. I want the web site to be acceced through my computer. I am using microsoft word to create this web site. I need to know how to do this, if it is even possible to do with word. Another question of mine is, can I have my own domain if I set this server up off of my computer. Or do I have to register one? If you need more information I will be more than happy to post it for you.
Thanks in advance

If you are going to post it on the web, you will need to register a domain. If you are using Windows, you will need to install IIS. Control Panel-> Add/Remove Programs-> Add Windows Components. I think it is possible to use Word to edit, but it would be easier to use Frontpage. You will either need a static IP, or a service like to follow your dynamic IP... Thanks,
