Making logs for users, computers when they login or logout.

Hi professionals..

1. I started to try to make logs when any user login to the any system on domain.
Is anyone can help me to figure it out..?
I tried i use GPO with logon script. But it seems didn't work at all..

2. And I use network printer by manaually set up for each user.
How can i add printer into AD. so I can use logon script when user login.

Any suggestion would be appreciated very much....

1.on your(s) DC(s) you can filter the logon/logoff events.
