making Links

Well.. i was making a favorite links page. I just put in text like

http://www.ign.com.

Then i highlighted it and clicked on make link. Then at the bottom where it says URL, i typed in

http://www.ign.com.

When i i test the page, the link dont work. Im pretty sure im doing the wrong thing. whats am i doing wrong? Any info will help. Thanks

Just highlight what you want linked, then in the properties box enter your link in the box marked "link"

If the link is on the web, make sure you enter the complete URL (

http://.....)

That should do it.
