Making graphs of variable height.

Hi.

The way things are, we need to make a graph with on the Y axis the names of employees and on the x-axis the number o hours sick time. Now, this is no problem, except that the graph is of fixed height, therefor pressing everything together, and not displaying all the names. So the question would be, if it's possible to make graphs with variable heights, and if not, if it's posible to spread a single graph over multiple pages neatly... (not just cutting off at the end of the page as it does now.)

Any help on the matter would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
