Making Document Readonly

Go into the document library in questions and do the following:
Click Settings - Document Library Settings
Click Permissions for the Document Library
Click Actions - Edit Permissions (You will probably get a prompt about breaking the inheritance from the parent)
Add and remove groups as you see fit
Click Settings - Document Library Settings
Click Permissions for the Document Library
Click Actions - Edit Permissions (You will probably get a prompt about breaking the inheritance from the parent)
