making calls via outlook

I have rls. 25.4 and we use M3904 sets. Is there any device that will allow calls to be made via outlook? so that person can go to outlook, find contact, and dial from their computer? thanks for your help.

These two items are what you need.

You will also need a ntmn80aa-110v wall transformer(m3900 series).
