Making and handling Databases

Hello to you all.

I'm using PB8.0.4.I want to create an treeview and a list view which will show me the database schema i'm connected to.This for Oracle and Sql Server.The treeview will show me the tables and when i click to a specific table the list view will show me the columns of the table,views , constraints etc.From there when i built that i want to manipulate the tables on my own and add some extra functionallity.Is there a way to do that with PB8??
How can i do that ?I do not want to use external programms or either pb .I want to create on my own an application which does these things.Any ideas or guidelines to do that??
