Hmmm ... what you are asking for requires CGI support. Flash doesn't have the capability to send forms directly to you email account, for that you need a PERL script or the like that will send varibales via email.
Try looking in the Tutorials section in ... there are a few examples of forms in there, including ones which send the variables to an email client (such as Outlook Express) so that all the user has to do is click "SEND".
