making a web connection

I need to upload a file using a delphi programm but without a ftp connection but an http connection in a folder with the read/write permissions...

what can I do??

Why do you need to use a http connection? I'm not sure if you can upload with one (maybe only download?).

Actually, forget about my previous post. I just thought of web mail and the attachments would probably use http to upload.

Are you asking where you can start?
