I'm using tiny term on XP Pro over Ethernet to Openserver 5.0.6 and I have a workstation that must have the same TTY every time it logs in. I'm familiar with RH Linux This is my first time with sco. Any help with steps would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you

Short answer is you can't.

pseudo tty's are dynamically allocated.
Look at using the hostname of the workstation as the control indicator for your application.

who -mx | awk '{print $7}' | cut -d"." -f1
