*making* a scroll bar

In another thread were the question was how to color a scroll bar, someone wrote they should make one instead.

I was wondering how as I have iFrames that I want to have a small scroll bar in. I know how to color it.. just setting the width and everything is a bugger.

lol.

So if any one knows how to make a scroll bar from scratch, it'd be cool if ya could help me out. Thanks!

It would be easier for you to get one already made....Search Google for "JavaScript Scrollbar".
