Making a pop-up website, please help. 1

Hey guys, my names Sean and im 15 from Sydney, Australia and really want to get better at webdesign. Can someone PLEASE help me with this. I want to make a pop-up website like

.. go to that adress and click ENTER and then a new window comes up without the "bacl" "forward" "stop and refresh" buttons, can someone please give me a guide on how to do this, it would be much appreciated.

Oh yeah, before i forget, i also want to have a news section like on that site, is that all frames ? where the writing is that is, can someone please help, thank you very much.

You will need to create the spalsh page that has the "Click here to enter" type of link. Highlight the enter text and put a "#" in the link box in properties. then go to "Behaviours>Open Browser window" here you will find all of the options to say what size the new window should be, if there are to be scroll bars, address bars etc.
