okay well for starters this is the first time i am working in access so i really dont know much about it. i want to make a form which can select certain fields from tables in a database and then perform a criteria search on those fields, i.e.

2. i want to display all the records that have a qualification type of "Computer Science Bsc".

i dont know if this explanation has been any good but as i said i havnt waorked in access before and this is really bothering me.

obviously i will need a screen where the user chooses the criteria for the output then on the click of a button i would like a form to be created with all the information for each record that matches the criteria

anyhelp would be greatly appreciated, i think that the solution is probably simple but first one needs to know it!!!

thanx
