Making a Director movie in Flash

Hi,

Maybe someone can help me. I've done a liner Director movie for a client. This client now decided he wants to have it in Flash.

I'm not sure if I should be posting this in the Director or Flash forum, but...does anyone know of a good way to do this without starting from scratch? I tried a .bmp sequence but it didn't flow very well.

Any help would be appreciated.

you can only put flash into director, not vice versa. however director will allow you to publish shockwave files that could then be placed online...only hitch is that you need the shockwave plug in, not the flash player plug in.

bad news is i think you may have to start from scratch if clients insists on flash.

Maybe you can use Quicktime as a halfway house: export as a .mov from Director then import it into Flash? The file size will be pretty big though.
