making a backup copy of emml rel 15 1

Can I make a backup copy of EMML Rel. 15 without having the disks? I mean by getting it off the computer it is installed on. It is on a computer running windows 98, no cd burner, just a 3.5 disk drive. I tried this once and it says that there is not enough space on the disk, but I remember that the original disks were four. The last time my hard drive failed, I had to have a company to reload the EMML program on the computer.

The EMML folder can be copied to a new computer, and will function normally.
Once on the new PC run the setup program to set the COM port.
