Well second try.
Yesterday my posting wasnt taken it looks like.

What i wanna do is make my own software cluster aware so i have full access to the source.

I read have to write my own resource.dll implementing the entry point functions in that way that my application can fulfill them to communicate via the resource monitor with the cluster Service, right?

Do i have to make my own resource type for the cluster?
Cause i read bout the Cluster Resource Wizard and that only only the Visual Studio 6 has the Cluster Resource Type
Wizard. Well i loaded the SDK and found the newest File (.\Microsoft Platform SDK\Samples\WinBase\Cluster\Win2000\VC6\Template)

Maybe one of you could show me the way i have to go a little bit. I'm not that sure how to deal with all that and every help i welcome.

Regards
kruda
