makeing a lecture ps to a ps with possibility for notes

Hi.
My lecturer puts up the ps or the pdf on the web ofr every lecture.
I want to have these in another format but can't figure it out.
What I now want is a simple prg to run through the ps file.

Every new page should contain two old pages. One above the other on the left and on the right I would like rows for writing notes at the lecture. All in standing A4.

Can anyone help me with this prg ot script?

Run the PostScript program through GhostScript, an open source PostScript interpreter. It will produce a PDF.

Then there are a variety of tools for imposing a PDF.

I don't understand "Every new page should contain two old pages."
