My program makes the titlebar flash, using the FlashWindow API call, whenever a message is received, like AOL IM. The problem I have is that it doesn't seem to work in Windows 95 or NT. It works on my win98 machine, but that's it. Does anyone know anything about this? Is there some other way I could get my titlebar to flash?
