Make the text on a label vertical?? 1

Is it possible to change the text orientation of labels in a report to vertical, instead of horizontal. I don't think this is possible, but it would be most useful if it is. At the moment we have to create the labels in excel & then paste them into Access as an image on the report. Obviously this presents many problems, such as the trial & error stretching required to fit each control to its corresponding label correctly......

Hi James,
In 2000 you actually have a vertical property you can set but if you're using 97 you can type in your labels caption like this:
J (shift+enter) A (shift+enter) M (shift+enter) E (shift+enter) S . Gives similar results...! Gord
