Make the background image remain in place

Go into the code view, find the BODY tag near the top.
It'll be something like <body background="picture.jpg" bgcolor="white" bgproperties="fixed">
Just add 'bgproperties="fixed" as I've done above.

You may also use CSS to fix bg image:

<style>
<!--
.styleName { background-attachment: fixed }

</style>
</head>
<body ... class="styleName">
...
</body>
</html>
or even easier
<body ... style="background-attachment: fixed">
