I have a Merlin Version 7 with an AA. Intermittently the AA answers. I want VM for users but I don't want the AA to ever answer. There are humans on duty 24-7. I want the phone to ring on incoming calls until it is answered. I have tried to assign the lines to an adjunct as principal user but I get an error tone. The system is squared with 20 lines of copper and a T-1. Please Help.
