Hey guys, I've got a kinda hard question i've yet to figure out. Everyday our purchasing department runs a report thats about 600 pages long and I've only got one signle task remaining. If you look at the picture below from microsoft's website it would help me explain easier.

Where i says
Product name and then
Chang
Chai
Ainseed syrub etc

going down

I need it going across, so it reads like this:

Product name:
Chang Chai Ainseed syrub

This is for days of the week of items to order, items ordered and awaiting delivery, items delivered and so on...

If anyone could be of help it would be a massive help

Thanks.

have a look at crosstab/pivot charts or queries...

You should be able to use a multi-column report. If that doesn't seem to work, the multi-column report can be a subreport on a main report. There is also a sample generic concatenate function at faq701-4233.
