I'm trying to create a macro that will run a bunch of make table queries. But, when I run Make Table Query 1 it says 'do you want to delete current table' which I do, but how do I have the macro automatically do it rather than me having to click yes. Currently, the macro stops running to ask me 'delete table...' YES/NO for each make table query and I just want ACCESS to always say yes so that the macro runs all the way through without stopping to ask YES/NO.

Please advise.

In your macro the first line needs to be set to SetWarnings and in the bottom box it will say "Warnings On". Make sure this setting is set to No.

Your last line needs to be set to Setwarnings and in the bottom box "Warnings On", it needs to be set to Yes
