Make Records Private to a group of users

Using Act 2006

Is there a way to have a group of contacts be private to a group of users? We have a client database. We have several sales reps access the database and would like them to only have access to those clients in their territory. But we have Sales Managers that need access to all of the records. How can we set permissions so that the Private sub group of clients is visible to both the Magangers and single salesman?

You need to define limited access (in the Workgroups version) -
