I created some optional date prompts in my prompt page. Next to each calendar prompt is a check box, which is defaulted to CHECKED and the date prompt is enabled. To truly make the prompt OPTIONAL you have to manually uncheck the little box each time you run the report. Does anyone know how to turn off this annoying feature? I am working in COGNOS 8 Report Net.
