Make only the Access daughter form visible

Hello and good morning. I would like to search for something related to MSAccess 2003 but I am not sure what it is called. I have a MSAccess 2003 database with only 1 very small form called "frm_Main_Menu". What I would like to do is when I start the Access program is to make this form the only thing visible on the screen. I do not need the entire Access program to be visible in the background. So in other words, I would like to minimize or hide the "Mother" application and display only the "Daughter" form. Can someone please tell me what this is called, how to do this or point me in the right direction.
