Make One of 2 Check Boxes Required

I have a form for adding new employees. On it, I have several selections of software requesting the supervisor mark yes the employee needs this, or no, they don't - but I can't get them to fill out the form correctly. How do I group those 2 check boxes and make it mandatory that one be checked? Thanks!
