Is it possible to make a given object to adopt the shape of a path?
Like, a screw-driver to become curved like a letter C?

Just tell me what technique or tool to use for this, I should be able to figure out the details.

Thanks in advance,

JavierDL

Yeah, brushes can do this, if they're set up right. Look at some of the sample brush libraries. Some have this sort of behavior, others don't. The on-line help has the details.

Just drag your neeto shape into the swatch pallete. Have fun and dont use gradients. BEHOLD! As Steve Jobs introduces us the latest in desk-lamp technology!

Thanks everyone that replied.
You were right about using the Brushes ;)
I loved the fact that once you actually use it, you can also edit the shape of the brush with the technical pen tools. Very useful.
Sorry I took this long to reply guys :( , I am copying with some severe Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, not fun at all :(

Have a good day all,
