Make Frequent Contacts always pull from Novell GroupWise Address Book

I know it's a strange request, but one of our Senior execs wants this end result:

In order to send any external email, they want to be have to pick it out of the address book instead of having it autofill. The only autofill options they want are internal groupwise addresses being pulled directly from the Novell Address Book.

They also want to know if there is a way to turn this on globally. (Eek!)

I hope this makes sense. I really appreciate any responses, and please let me know if clarification is needed.

You could change the options so that addresses are not saved in it.

Go to the Address Book. Right Click "Frequent Contacts" - Options.

There are options there that control what is put in Frequent Contact list.
