Make Extension Ring Busy

Hi All, customer request here and cannot seem to get what they want working.

A user can be on the phone and see a second call coming in via the appearance buttons etc.
The caller however is just getting the ringing tone.
Is it possible to make the caller hear a busy tone instead?

I have tried removing all but 2 appearance buttons but the same pattern still follows.

Reserve last call appearance if using 2 appearance buttons.

Well it depends on how the call is routed. If the call is coming into a collective group then no you will not get busy tone if there are other agents able to get the call. If you are calling the extension directly then as snowman50 said reserve last CA and remove 1 of the 3 CAs. You would also need to have voicemail turned off or calls will simply go to voicemail.

The truth is just an excuse for lack of imagination.
