Make ext skip ringing at phone but carry on to fwded to group and NOT Vmail

I have Vmail Pro and system version 11.XX. I have a extension that rings a group if busy and ends in vmail if that group didn't answer. Is there a button that they can press on the ext that will skip ringing the ext, ring the group and then vmail if the group doesn't answer. The reason is to skip the 3 rings at the ext and get it to the group almost immediately upon the ext being called. They would use it for Lunch, break, out of the office, etc. I appreciate the assistance. Seems like on the old Definity system we had the command that worked for that was SAC? Ive tried DND and Make set busy so far. Both send the calls straight to my vmail and skip the group.

Just Forward Unconditional to the group.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.
