I'm trying to make a report that displays date values and highlights those dates meeting certain criteria (i.e. more than 18 months old) by displaying them differently. I would prefer to do that by having the color of the text box change (or back color) but any help would be appreciated.

Thanks!

My first stab at a post...if you know the criteria, you can use Conditional Formatting (under Format). It allows you to set formatting based on specific values returned for said fields.

Hope this helps...

Linda,

I looked at the site but I didn't see any tips on conditional formatting. Can you give me a liitle more directions please?
