make changes to every user's personal address book

I have to do some changes to every user's personal address book. My most important task is to ensure, that every notes client uses Daylight Saving Time.

I already have a script to realize the changes. Now I have to make sure, that the users are forced to run this script. Is it possible to start a script automatically when opening a database? (or a notes client)

Are there any other possibilities to make the required changes to the personal address books?

You could email them a hotspot button which when triggered could run the script. I had to do the same to change the domain name in the address books. Lamaar75@hotmail.com
