Ciao !
I have one more problem to solve
To clarify things somewhat I made this test screenshot of what I would like to do. Perhaps it is impossible but I think this should work. I just don't know how to program it.
I am using Access 97. And the fields in this screenshot all come from the same table: "tblBudget". The subform "Project Status" gives an overview of project "2". The subform "Project details" is linked to the subform "Project Status". In this case it gives the details of project number 2 of Sheila Ltd for the budget year 1980/1981.
Ok, on to my problem
As you can probably see.. I would like to transfer a value from the "planned" field to the "Committed" field by use of a text box. In other words, the value that is entered in the box "Amount Committed" should be replaced from "planned" to "committed".
The other red markings show changes in the project status, but that I can figure out on my own. I guess a simple query construction will do.
Can anyone help me out here?
I know my explanation is probably lacking all kinds of information, so please feel free to point out any ommisions I such a case I will reply as quickly as possible with the required details.
Thanks, Sheila
