Im using a 3300 CX on 4.1 with a small ACD setup with Contact Center Business edition. I found in the help file where to setup make busy reason codes but all it really says is that you can have reasons 0 through 11. Where do you actually define what 0 through 11 actually mean?

They mean whatever you define them to mean in whatever reporting package is collecting the data.

The system just reports the number. The reporting package interprets it.

You can define them in YourSite.
If you program true the webinterface:

YourSite => Configuration => Make Busy Reason Codes

If you program true the YourSite Explorer tool it's practicly the same:
Choose Tab Configuration and afterwards choose in the yoursite bar, Make Busy Reason.

Just an explanation of reason codes:

The codes themselves dont mean anything. They are just a number that is added to the ACD event of an agent going into make busy. Its the reporting package that defines what the numbers mean. So for instance if you are using prairiefyre CCM follow the steps as per MitelSB however if you are using the Mitel CSM (formally Callview) then it will be different. Either way its the reporting package where you define what the codes mean to your business.
