Hi - currently running the below
MiVoice Business Release level: 8.0 SP3 PR1
MiCC Mitel MiContact Center Version 8.1.4.0
Is there any way of ring fencing Make Busy codes to certain Groups of Agents?
For Example My Service desk see ACW and Lunch and my contact centre see ACW and Break?
