Make an Application Run As a Service 1

I have an application, an exe, and I need it to run as a service so it starts up automatically when the system does and I can start and stop it from the services Console, pls how do I go about it?

This uses tool in the W2K Resource kit though. I don't think the tools are available for download through Microsoft's site.

Look on google for instsrv.exe. It will also install an exe as a service and, as I recall it was a freebee.
