I have 2 3300 CX controllers running 9.0 UR2 Both using embedded messaging.. I am trying to setup a call flow that will allow someone to reach someone in system B from an MLAA menu. When I try to put the extension of the remote user in the MLAA form, the system tells me that this is not a valid mailbox orext on this system. Does anyone know a way to do this...im sure this is a pretty common scenario. I tried setting up a speed call on the local system but it wont let you send the call to the speedcall ext.

Allow dial any number (besides your ars access code) in the embedded and you need a mb for the number you are trying to transfer to, this is how mitel licensed it

You need to create a mailbox for MLAA to use for the transfer. For your App I would use a transfer only MB (# doesn't matter) and set the Ext to the speedcall you've already set up.

Works perfect! .....well in testing....we'll see what users have to say.
