Hi,
Seems you are intrested in abbrivated dialling... if yes, then you have two choices...first: You can store upto 10 Individual abbreviated nos using ADINI for a particular extension... Second: you can have ADCOI & the restrict who can use common nos by diffrentiating by CLASS parameter...
This way you can also keep a category ( Using CAT parameter ) for the extension in such a way that he can't dial anything else & can be allowed with certain common abbrevated nos only...
