Make a photograph all shades of 1 colour 1

Hi
I am using photopaint 10 and draw 10. Can anyone help with easiest way to make a photo all shades of the same colour. Ie i want a picture to be all oarnge for example but still with all the images viewable as in normal colour picture.

change the color mode to duotone and you can then select a PMS color to base it off of.
