Can someone please advise me how I make Symposium flash and or make a sound when a threshold has been reached. I have set this on the Web Client Server and expected it to work on the real time display used by team leaders.

Is it for agent desktop only?

Please help.

Not without some other 3rd Party like SymonView...

Within the SCCS environment only...your only option is ADD

Have now installed ADD, it picks up agent name and then hangs with the message 'Logging in to application server {i.p address for web client}, please wait....'

Any ideas what i've done wrong?

Do you have Multicast enabled on your Network? or at the very least on the subnet from the SCCS/SWC to where the ADD installed PC?
