Make a field on continuous form toggle for individual record

Hi

I am trying to make a subform that allows the user to "pick" a record for printing. I have tried to use a datasheet form and a continuous form to do this with no luck.

what i have done with the coninuous form is make a checkbox and when clicked on changes to checked. But when you do this it selects all the records in the form. < i understand the reason why> but is there a way to make it so that only that individual record is checked?

Bind the check box to a field in the recordsource.
