Hi ,

Is there any way for an administrator to make a copy of each printed document in the network ? I want to know which user has printed the document and also what's the containing of that printing task...

thanks

You can add a separator page for your shared printer, so each time a user prints, the first page generated will indicate user/print job/filename. Of course you would have to physically be at a printer for this.
Otherwise you can enable the "Keep Printed Documents" option for your printer but this will fill up pretty quickly
If you need to monitor users print habits you can obtain printer accounting software which will generate reports on usage. Hope this helps.
