Make a complete network with CCM & Exchange

Hi,(and sorry for my poor english).
In a project, I'm must create a network with a Cisco Unified Communication Manager(CCM 5.1) and Exchange 2007 which run on a virtual machine.
But I don't know how to interconnect their.
I've got a switch, CCM and server with VM.
Is this configuration is good:
/-Ip Phone
/-Switch -IP Phone
/ \-IP Phone...
CCM
\ /-Echange 2007
\-Switch -LAN with computers

Is that right?

Are you just looking to send email notifications to exchange?
