Make a clip go faster and faster in Premiere Pro 1.5

Is it possible to make a clip go faster and faster ( e.g: the clip start at 100% speed, and end at 200% speed) without spliting the clip into many clips and make the clips go faster and faster in Adobe Premiere Pro 1.5???

Short answer = no.

After Effects includes Time Remap, which gives this capability.

Panopticum Tools claims this capability, but I do not know if it is compatible with PPro.
