Make a call from the IPOCC voicemail

Hi:

have the following IVR (attached file), which is called from VM-CC_Play_repeat_delete, by pressing option 4 (new item), make the call to the number that left the message, but once the call is made, a call appears with unknown number in the abandoned calls of the agent. Does anyone know how this problem can be solved?
