make a button open a url

hi i expect this is really easy to do, i think i used to know how but i've forgotten; as i havent done much vbscript, basically i have an INPUT TYPE="button" on my page and i want it to go to a different page when you click on it... can anyone please help me out?

You could write this in a sub:
Sub NavigateTo(sUrl)
Response.redirect sUrl
End Sub
or
<input type=button onclick=&quot;Javascript:window.location.href '

http://whatever.asp'&quot;>
