Hi Guys,

I have a 3300 MXe and it has a Major Security Alarm on it. I know this has been caused by Enterprise Manager trying to login three times with the wrong username/password but I have ammended this now and the alarm won't clear. Do I need to do anything else?

Cheers, Stephen.

Don't worry guys I have got the big green tick at last. I typed in Show Faults Alarms into the command line and once it showed the error, it cleared the alarm.

The alarm will come back the next time Eman/OpsMan tries to access the system. This is probably because of a maintenance task trying to telnet into the system. To fix this for good you need to access the telnet interface and change the "installer" account to match the username/password programmed in Enterprise Manager.
